We are specialists in Social Housing Law and exclusively act for Registered Social Landlords.

The firm's Senior Partner, Gerry Kelly , has acted for registered social landlords for over 38 years.  We currently act for 18 RSLs based in Glasgow and in other areas of Scotland and represent our client's interests on a regular basis in many different Sheriff Court areas.  

On a daily basis we advise RSLs on a wide variety of legal issues. We also have extensive experience of conducting all types of cases, including cases at Appeal level, up to and including the Court of Session. A large number of our cases have been reported as test cases in Housing Law Reports.
